The Fine Print

Since all pieces are custom fit, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. While the pieces are durable, they are not indestructible. As long as your piece of fine jewelry is treated as such, it should last you years (please see after care below). If your chain happens to break within 30 days of the initial weld, it will be re-welded for free. If your chain breaks 30 days after the initial weld, it will be a $15 re-weld fee. If you happen to lose your chain, please contact me to see what your options are. As always, I appreciate your business and want to ensure that you have had the best experience with The Weld Collective, so please contact me for any other questions or concerns.

Important Information

While these chains are durable, they are not indestructible. To keep your chain shiny and looking brand new: avoid heavy perfumes, make-up, lotions, and chemicals. Use warm water, dish soap, and a gentle toothbrush to clean your chain. You can also use the jewelry polishing cloth that you received with your purchase to clean your chain. Avoiding these cleaning instructions could result in the chains tarnishing overtime.

In certain conditions, silver is prone to oxidizing. The most common reasoning for oxidation is chemicals (hot tubs, cleaning, job related), humidity, and pH levels. If you run into this issue, use silver cleaning wipes to make it look brand new again!
